Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Chemicals, Healthcare and Technology sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.46% to hit a new 6-months low.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were DSV (CO:DSV), which rose 2.10% or 6.8 points to trade at 330.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb) added 1.07% or 3.1 points to end at 291.5 and ISS A/S (CO:ISS) was up 0.73% or 2.00 points to 275.10 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb), which fell 1.64% or 4.6 points to trade at 275.4 at the close. TDC A/S (CO:TDC) declined 1.42% or 0.56 points to end at 38.98 and Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) was down 1.05% or 2.3 points to 217.1.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 85 to 58 and 20 ended unchanged.
Shares in Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) fell to 52-week lows; losing 1.64% or 4.6 to 275.4.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.54% or 0.26 to $48.09 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.44% or 0.22 to hit $50.03 a barrel, while the December Gold contract fell 0.38% or 5.05 to trade at $1320.95 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.25% to 6.6254, while EUR/DKK fell 0.08% to 7.4459.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.10% at 95.33.
