Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Healthcare and Consumer Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.33% to hit a new 6-months low.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Nordea Bank AB (CO:NDA), which rose 3.76% or 2.45 points to trade at 67.65 at the close. Meanwhile, Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK) added 1.49% or 4.6 points to end at 313.6 and FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) was up 1.44% or 3.6 points to 252.8 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb), which fell 1.42% or 3.9 points to trade at 271.5 at the close. Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) declined 1.06% or 8.5 points to end at 792.5 and Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb) was down 0.79% or 2.3 points to 289.2.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 66 to 50 and 24 ended unchanged.
Shares in Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) fell to 52-week lows; down 1.42% or 3.9 to 271.5.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.56% or 0.27 to $48.51 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.80% or 0.40 to hit $50.59 a barrel, while the December Gold contract fell 0.27% or 3.60 to trade at $1313.50 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.23% to 6.6393, while EUR/DKK fell 0.07% to 7.4440.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.27% at 95.64.
