Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Consumer Services, Healthcare and Technology sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 0.61%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN), which rose 4.31% or 11.5 points to trade at 278.5 at the close. Meanwhile, GN Store Nord (CO:GN) added 2.28% or 3.2 points to end at 143.4 and Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb) was up 1.72% or 11.5 points to 678.5 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were TDC A/S (CO:TDC), which fell 1.54% or 0.56 points to trade at 35.76 at the close. A.P. Moller - Maersk A (CO:MAERSKa) declined 0.95% or 85 points to end at 8875 and A.P. Moller - Maersk B (CO:MAERSKb) was down 0.86% or 80 points to 9270.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 83 to 57 and 21 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for September delivery was up 2.47% or 1.10 to $45.59 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October rose 2.45% or 1.15 to hit $48.12 a barrel, while the December Gold contract rose 0.31% or 4.15 to trade at $1347.35 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.19% to 6.6482, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4399.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.15% at 95.54.
