The price of Regular and Premium dropped six and five cents respectively again from last week - the largest weekly drop since January 19, while WTIC dropped 2.22. California has the highest average price for Regular at $3.73 with Los Angeles averaging $4.00. South Carolina has the cheapest at $2.25.
