Nektar Therapeutics (NASDAQ:NKTR) is acting well, and is included in the S&P 500 indexes now. It has been in a beautiful bull coil the last two weeks. On Tuesday, it jumped 2.19, or 2%, to 107.20, on 3.4 million shares. Volume is coming in, and if it breaks out, it’s going to be a 125-30-dollar stock.
Upland Software, Inc. (NASDAQ:UPLD), one of our swing trades, looks like it’s popping, up another 82 cents, or 2.84%, to 29.71, on 247,434 shares traded on Tuesday. But you can see that if it comes out of the consolidation pattern, it could run right to the 36-7 zone, which is my next target.
Stocks on the Short Side….
Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ:AEIS) dropped 34 cents, to 69.13, on 255,703 shares traded on Tuesday. It might be breaking its 3-wave corrective flag to the declining topsline. If it rolls over here, it looks to me like it could be down in the mid 50’s. That’s the target on this one.
Dave & Buster's Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ:PLAY) was down another 10 cents, to 43.07, on 798,917 shares traded on Tuesday, and looks like it’s cracking. Its wedge is going down targeting 39, and then the low 30’s.
