I got in on the PALL etf back when it was $680/oz and I'm so glad I did. Very thinly traded etf but as long as I'm on the right side of the trade I can live with that

Get an international account with Etrade or some other similar firm. Call your brokerage firm and ask what to do but you should do your own buying and selling or you will pay a bigger fee to have them do it. With the international you can buy in Japan or anywhere. if you are not willing then get Palladium bars online..
