I have been a professor of Business Management for over 18 years as well as an experienced international consultant. My background includes managerial and executive positions in both Dutch and International companies, in the Dutch government and in one of the big four accountancy and consultancy firms. I have worked in over 25 countries, including the United States, England, China and Japan. Since 2008 I am co-chairman of the Research Institute of Nyenrode Bussiness University in The Netherlands. I have (co-)authored several books a on issues of organizational and managerial theory and practice.
