1. Adavanced Micro Devices
Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMD) looks to me like it just stuck its head out above the declining topsline on Tuesday, with a move up of 3.42, or 6 1/2%, to 56.39, just pennies of the session high at 56.46, on 80 million shares traded, and another 35 cents to 56.74 in after-hours. That’s the biggest volume on an up-day since April. This may be a breakout. At the very least, I’m looking for a move to the mid-to-high 60’s. There’s a double-top at 59 1/4 that it has to get through first.
2. Cemtrex
Cemtrex, Inc. (CETX) exploded on Tuesday, ramping up 1.08, or 53.2%, to 3.11, with an early morning pop to session high at 3.75, on 39 million shares traded. In after-hours it was up another 21 cents to 3.32. It looks like it wants to go higher. There’s a level of resistance around the 3.37 zone. If it can get through that, the next target, if it does pop, is 5 1/4.
3. Cloudera
Cloudera, Inc. (NYSE:CLDR) exploded with a big reversal on Tuesday, going from 9.68 to a session high of 12.40. it popped 1.89, or 18.7%, to 12.00, on 43.6 million shares traded, and then another 19 cents in after-hours to 12.19. That’s huge volume for that stock. There’s a bit of resistance in the 12.40 zone. If it gets through here, I think my target is going to be at the double-top, which comes in around 15.
4. Neoleukin Therapeutics
Neoleukin Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:NLTX), which we put a swing on, popped on Tuesday, gaining 1.26, or 9.2%, to 14.95, with a multi-week and session high of 15.27, on 527,804 shares traded. It might be coming to a double-top, but it closed above that level. Minimum target here is 17, and then 19-20.
5. Electrameccanica Vehicles
Electrameccanica Vehicles Corp. (NASDAQ:SOLO) exploded again on Tuesday, popping 89 cents, or 54%, to 2.54, with an early morning session high of 3.00, on 52.6 million shares traded. I’m not sure how much more it’s got, but I want you to see the momentum on this one.
6. Energous
Energous Corporation (NASDAQ:WATT), a stock we use to follow a few years back, exploded late in the day on Tuesday, advancing 81 cents, or 35%, to 3.13, from a low of 2.00 to a session high at 3.66, on 11 million shares traded. I don’t know if this stock is done yet. It does have a habit of one-day wonders. Stay tuned.
7. Intersect ENT
Intersect ENT (NASDAQ:XENT) popped and broke through a coil on Tuesday, jumping 1.84, or 14.5%, to 14.53, with a session high of 15.06 on 967,731 shares traded, and an additional 27 cents to 14.80 in after-hours. It may be on the run here. Targets going forward are 17 and 20-20 1/2.
