What I find really fascinating is that you don't understand why a split happens. Granted that from market close Friday and opening Monday the value of the stocks don't change. However, the perceived price per share does. People who don't want to purchase 0.5 shares at $1200 are much more likely to buy 5 shares at $120 each.

The dark lines of dirt you see in the sky are actually scratches on your glasses. Time to get new glasses.

Another day another $100B mkt cap increase. Makes even more sense when they only did $79B in rev for the 12 months ending 4/28. Big boys will only need so many chips before they scale back their buys and then what.. Can they grow into this value and if so how long? Is there even enough business to grow into this value? How much business will competitors take in the next two years. All questions lead to epic overvaluation

Split doesn't change anything fundamentally, just generating additional attention. That's all.
