Transfer 70 is a generation fund addressing those planning to retire between 2035 and 2044. The fund is actively managed with a quantitative approach. The Fund invests in equities and fixed income securities in Sweden and abroad. Until 2029, the equity portion of the fund will be between 70 and 100 percent and fixed income securities between 0 and 30 percent. During 2030, there is a gradual decrease in the proportion of equities and will at and after 2040 be between 20-50 percent. The Fund may use derivative instruments to improve returns. The fund takes ESG factors into consideration & has a particular focus on addressing climate change in line with the Paris Agreement which among other things means that companies with low greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions are rewarded in the investment process.
