United States 2-Year Discussions

Apparently the feds raising the rate was just a suggestion
too low yields
I want a jumbo CD like Jimmy Carter had
Markets are messing with the Fed, not a good idea. And by the way I am a stock bull, but I thing the Fed will stop the frenzy, the hard way.
Still processing the 0.5% drop in less than a week with no bank failures
Banks are borrowing from the Fed to remain solvent. QT and QE at the same time = higher rates for longer and sticky inflation. Just kicking the can down the road until everyone loses. Fed balance sheet and market value is beginning to diverge, meaning this will end badly evently.
Now it is time for the market and ultimately the fed to catch up to reality.
6% at end of year
Thanks for taking the other side of the trade!
peak
SHY $80.71, US 2YR 4.99% @ 04:00 PM Tick!

6% is possible before year end be ready
7% or above is now at a 93.5% probability. 8% or above at a 23% probability.
Not "possible". Almost a certainty. Over 7% is highly likely.
Will this see 6%?
US 2 YR finishes Q2 at 4.904%
US 2 Yr 4.929% @ 8:40 AM ET
Recession baby
Powells goal needs to increase with them cost of living. set his goal at 3% instead of 2%. lol
they will soon.
Aparently this time things are different. US economy is in such good shape that can afford a 5% interest rate…time will show…
trust me u will feel disappointed again 😭😭
Needs to reach 6 to bring down core inflation
wow. go to 5 again?
Does it look like a head and shoulders on a weekly basis
Most market players still do not believe what Powell and FED are saying… that’s fine with me as long as they keep believing that.
Central banks broke money. Ban stock buybacks today and put Powell in prison. Anything less is just allowing this all to happen.
I hope they don't ban stock buybacks. What a wonderful gesture for a company to give away equity to employees, then be able to buy the shares back as employees cash out. A great distribution of wealth to the working class.
This screams recession
funny how stocks say the exact opposite.
Ai fomo mania
It's not the 2-year screaming recession. The Fed's at 5-5.25% 2-year is at 4.75%. It's the back end, or longer that sees the slowdown, or easing of Fed policy, which usually comes with economic slowing.
