did the Fed governors sell their shares or are they waiting until the next Fed meeting to sell. If they are still holding on to their shares, then you know they will kick the can on tapering until the next Fed meeting. It stinks to even have to even say this, but I think there some ethical issues that have been raised when you have Fed governors, who are privy to policy decisions that effect the equity markets, actively trading stocks. It doesn't look good because people begin to second guess the Fed's policy decisions and who they are supposed to benefit.

NOWis ALLuHAVE  the Fed didn’t loan money overnight.  It takes in deposits and lends securities when it does reverse repo.  The 77 counterparties are lending cash to the Fed and receiving securities, it’s a means for them to invest excess funds.

What does it say?  FED BORROWS MONEY...  That is lending to or from doesn't matter, the point is they're borrowing, lending, moving, whatever you want to call it $1.224 TRILLION DOLLARS IN & OUT OF THE BANKING SYSTEM OVERNIGHT, DAILY!  WAKE UP!!!

Do you mean directly, or it’s held in their funds?  Both companies run various passive strategies and Evergrande is likely a component of the benchmark in those strategies, so there is a good possibility they have exposure to it.  However, that doesn’t mean the corporate entity has direct exposure.  For example, if a company in the S&P500 were having a problem, most companies such as BlackRock, Fidelity, Vanguard, etc. would have exposure because they run S&P500 Index Funds and in order to replicate the performance of the benchmark they would naturally hold some position in the company.  Whether they took an active position in Evergrande, or when, I don’t know.  When a company gets into trouble it’s not uncommon to see companies take positions based on estimated value through a restructuring.

It was the Secondary Market Credit Facility that made purchases between Mar 2020 to Dec 2020.  The Fed announced it would be liquidated in July and began selling its holding.  Market liquidity was sufficient to liquidate the holdings and it caused no disruption in the market.

The end of the world fiat currency system is surely in its last stage. What they will do to replace it is something that I don't think they can pull off. The Great Reset will surely be attempted but it will fail. Anyone who has a really good handle on macro knows all fiat currencies eventually reach their intrinsic value and no society out of 52 in recent history, except Japan has ever had a 130% debt to GDP ratio and survived. Can the U.S.? I suggest the bigger you are the harder you will fall. I'm actually quite frightened by the deteriorating fundimentals.

CNBC's Jim Cramer is convinced that what's bad for #China is good for the U.S. Apparently the fact that China is Amercia's second largest creditor and biggest supplier of low-cost consumer goods has escaped his notice. Troubles in China jeopardize its ability to support the U.S.
