I’m not complaining but …  I don’t understand why US major stock indices went up when 10-yr yield went up 10%.  It's strange. Does anyone know why?

Because the yield is still low in the overall picture.  10 year yield will need to go much higher to spook and harm stock markets.  Inflation is high and Fed has not changed anything yet.

Am I the only one who thinks the numbers on the federal reserve website are not real. I don't think anything on there is true. They can make up , plug whatever numbers they want. They have stopped sharing certain information from the public that was always shared. I'm sorry if I sound like a conspiracy theorist but my trust in our government / federal officials is low. The federal reserve is a criminal enterprise in disguise. Insider trading! Audit the Fed and investigate them.

You're not the only one. They have zero accountability. I think almost anybody who has as much power as they do will abuse it.

So shocked to see so many ignorance here.!! This is "YIELD"!Which means the higher yield, the lower "price" of bond. Because FED will definitely taper, it is extremely reasonable why today yield is pumping. Because FED will buy"LESS" bond

I mentioned that last week that was a possibility.  But I don't think so. Perhaps, the bond market anticipates taper will occur at the November FOMC meeting.
