"Monday Horror Show" is an understatement, It was an absolute blood bath! Most if not everyone was swimming in it.
The US Stock Market is very very close to bottoming. Hit 19,882.42 (St. Patrick's Day). Looks like we bottom out by this Friday the 20th of March.
So....the US airline industry is going to be bailed out by the Feds. You know, the same industry that was making money hand over fist by charging you for a pillow, a blanket, an aisle seat, an extra suitcase, and a meal. At a time when they had some of the lowest jet fuel prices in years. And then squeezing you into a seat designed for a child. The industry itself has told the Feds how much they need — $50 Billion. Oh, and did I mention they’re not telling the Feds part of this funding is to bail themselves out of the 737 Max fiasco that the virus had nothing to do with? Shameful!
So what are you proposing? letting them fail and pull the whole economy down with them?
The government shouldn't provide credit guarantees; it should provide liquidity by asking companies on the brink to issue new shares, buy those shares at the present, deflated prices---which then, hopefully, could later be sold for a profit. Advantages: it would teach those chattering classes a lesson who sing the song of private initiative and risk-taking when the going is good; and when the shares are finally sold, the profits could be used to lower taxes for everyone, not only for a few ultra-rich that don't need the money anyhow.
Trump... Where are you? Save America
Not even the God Emperor can save you now.
Like sit and wait for all the shares to go zero and then start buying for freeeeeee
Lol for how long
every gains in  this mkt is temporary wait to more down
and its down.....
