U.S. administers 362.7 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines- CDC

(Reuters) - The United States has administered 362,657,771 doses of COVID-19 vaccines in the country as of Sunday morning and distributed 428,531,345 doses, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said on Sunday.

Those figures are up from the 361,684,564 vaccine doses the CDC said had gone into arms by Saturday out of 428,506,065 doses delivered.

The agency said 201,425,785 people had received at least one dose while 170,821,621 people are fully vaccinated as of Sunday.

The CDC tally includes two-dose vaccines from Moderna (NASDAQ:MRNA) and Pfizer/BioNTech,, as well as Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ)'s one-shot vaccine as of 6:00 a.m. ET on Sunday.

And I don’t mean cherry picking a sentence or two, I mean the whole study or article. I’ll wait. People like you cling to speculative information like “antibody dependent enhancement”, “immune escape” and the like when, in those very same articles, the scientists all concede that those are always a risk with any vaccine but there’s no evidence to support the thesis that anything similar is occuring with the current vaccines.

This is a message to all Americans. Please stop taking the vaccin. It doesn’t work. Instead give it to poor countries. It only works on humble human beings who appreciate live. Don’t ware masks either. They are a form of socialism. Or communism. Chinese were masks. Europeans do too. Not good.

My kids have had covid twice and so have I. We had the best 20 days at home and showed zero symptoms. We eat right, we take care of our gut bacteria, and in turn our bodies take care of us. We will not be getting the vaccine. Very happy to be pro choice. And yes jason….i am afraid of AI and technology. You should be too.

First of all, those aren’t MY “fully vaccinated” calculations. I cited my source. Maybe you should voice your objections to the statisticians and Ph.Ds who generated the infirmation. Secondly, and again, you’re using superceded VAERS data, you just prefer the numbers prior to their most “magical” (your word, not mine) recent revision because they have higher nominal numbers. Thirdly, and this is extremely important, there has only been CORRELATE data released, not in any way shape or form CAUSAL data regarding any relationship between the vaccines and the three conditions to which I refered above. And in any case, the frequency of those conditions in the general population is greater than those who’ve been vaccinated. Your argument seems to fail the data; data which I only cited without any attached opinion. Here’s an idea, Jason: post verifiable and CURRENT studies or data, not just opinions, so people can make their decisions based on evidence instead of rhetoric.

Mr. Goldsmith! My vaccinated friend just passed because the vaccine let him get sick. My vaccinated father-in-law is in the hospital because he can't breath. Oxygen was 80 when admitted. These vaccines are dangerous and deadly!!
sorry to hear that. U get the shot doesnt mean u wont get infected. It reduce the chance of dying greatly. For this virus, it is deadlier than flu because: If ur immune is too strong, u die. If ur immune is too weak, u die too. Therefore, Boosting ur immune system is not the answer either. But the truth is in the pudding: Dead goes way way down since the shot avail.
I'm truly sorry about your loss and your father-in-law. Unfortunately, there are only rare vaccines that are near 100% effective and the covid vaccines proved way more effective than anyone expected. Many common vaccines required one or more boosters to enhance immunity. The covid vaccines may prevent actual upper airway infection but actually stimulate the antibodies mostly responsible for systemic and severe illness. Eventually down the road, a nasally administered vaccine may help prevent it from getting in the airways completely. If we were completely intolerant to any failure, we would still have rooms full of infants on iron lungs because we never accepted polio vaccination and we would have more children born with hearing loss and congenital heart disease when their mothers contracted German measles during pregnancy. I understand your situation but please don't throw out the baby with the bath water.
