Jefferies upgraded The Chef's Warehouse Inc (NASDAQ:CHEF) to Buy from Hold with a price target of $43.00, noting that the company is executing at a high level, taking share and effectively integrating acquisitions, which position it favorably for future growth/synergies. Shares gained more than 3% intra-day today.

New Street Research upgraded PagSeguro (NYSE:PAGS) to Buy from Neutral and cut its price target to $17.00 from $22. The analysts believe that sentiment on the stock can’t have ever been lower, with close to 100% upside, still, and on a PE of 8.5x. Shares gained more than 8% intra-day today.

Piper Sandler upgraded Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp (NASDAQ:ADPT) to Overweight from Neutral and raised its price target to $14.00 from $7.50. Shares surged more than 18% intra-day today.
