Investing.com – Sweden stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Healthcare, Industrials and Oil & Gas sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 rose 0.48% to hit a new 52-week high.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Volvo, AB ser. B (ST:VOLVb), which rose 7.66% or 10.25 points to trade at 144.05 at the close. Meanwhile, Getinge AB ser. B (BS:GETIBs) added 7.16% or 11.2 points to end at 167.7 and SSAB AB ser. A (ST:SSABa) was up 3.64% or 1.41 points to 40.10 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Boliden AB (ST:BOL), which fell 6.61% or 18.40 points to trade at 260.00 at the close. Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson B (ST:ERICb) declined 2.85% or 1.63 points to end at 55.52 and Swedish Match AB (ST:SWMA) was down 1.49% or 4.4 points to 291.6.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 399 to 295 and 82 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for June delivery was down 0.45% or 0.22 to $49.01 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 0.38% or 0.20 to hit $51.93 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.86% or 10.96 to trade at $1266.54 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.32% to 9.5970, while USD/SEK fell 1.00% to 8.7709.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.26% at 98.65.
