Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Financial Services, Transport and Insurance sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share declined 1.09% to hit a new 1-month low.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi RE Cooperative Reinsurance (TADAWUL:8200), which rose 8.21% or 1.10 points to trade at 14.50 at the close. Meanwhile, Advanced Petrochemical Company (TADAWUL:2330) added 3.22% or 1.45 points to end at 46.45 and International Company for Water and Power Projects (ACWA Power) (TADAWUL:2082) was up 3.12% or 4.60 points to 152.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Tihama Advertising&Public Relations (TADAWUL:4070), which fell 6.19% or 7.00 points to trade at 106.00 at the close. Bupa Arabia for Coop. Insurance (TADAWUL:8210) declined 5.88% or 10.00 points to end at 160.00 and Banque Saudi Fransi (TADAWUL:1050) was down 5.70% or 2.60 points to 43.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 180 to 60 and 10 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.93% or 0.79 to $83.97 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.82% or 0.75 to hit $90.60 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.50% or 8.35 to trade at $1,675.15 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.16% to 3.76, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.07% to 3.76.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.16% at 109.68.
