Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Telecoms & IT, Financial Services and Transport sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 0.85%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SE:4050), which rose 9.96% or 2.16 points to trade at 23.84 at the close. Meanwhile, Aldrees Petroleum & Transport Svcs (SE:4200) added 9.90% or 4.80 points to end at 53.30 and Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. (SE:2030) was up 5.07% or 2.25 points to 46.65 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were ACE ARABIA COOPERATIVE INSURANCE (SE:8240), which fell 4.12% or 0.86 points to trade at 20.02 at the close. Maharah Human Resources Co (SE:1831) declined 3.88% or 3.90 points to end at 96.70 and Saudi Chemical Company (SE:2230) was down 3.85% or 1.00 points to 25.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 122 to 59 and 10 ended unchanged.
Shares in Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SE:4050) rose to 3-years highs; gaining 9.96% or 2.16 to 23.84. Shares in Aldrees Petroleum & Transport Svcs (SE:4200) rose to 3-years highs; up 9.90% or 4.80 to 53.30. Shares in Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. (SE:2030) rose to 52-week highs; rising 5.07% or 2.25 to 46.65.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.26% or 0.14 to $53.48 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.65% or 0.38 to hit $58.51 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.57% or 8.45 to trade at $1497.45 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.13% to 4.1055, while USD/SAR fell 0.00% to 3.7510.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.02% at 98.795.
