Nvidia shares jump after resuming H20 sales in China, announcing new processor
Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Media & Publishing, Industrial Investment and Insurance sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share declined 0.11%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Jabal Omar Development Company (TADAWUL:4250), which rose 10.00% or 2.35 points to trade at 25.85 at the close. Meanwhile, Knowledge Economic City (TADAWUL:4310) added 9.89% or 1.50 points to end at 16.66 and Makkah Construction&Development Co (TADAWUL:4100) was up 9.84% or 9.50 points to 106.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Nice One Beauty Digital Marketing (TADAWUL:4193), which fell 4.92% or 2.90 points to trade at 56.00 at the close. Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4130) declined 4.26% or 0.02 points to end at 0.45 and ARTEX Industrial Investment Co (TADAWUL:2340) was down 4.06% or 0.68 points to 16.08.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 193 to 130 and 24 ended unchanged.
Shares in Makkah Construction&Development Co (TADAWUL:4100) rose to 5-year highs; up 9.84% or 9.50 to 106.00.
Crude oil for March delivery was down 0.51% or 0.38 to $74.28 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 0.55% or 0.43 to hit $77.12 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.38% or 10.56 to trade at $2,796.04 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.16% to 3.94, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.28% at 106.95.
