Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Industrial Investment, Financial Services and Transport sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.07%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Almoosa Health Co (TADAWUL:4018), which rose 10.00% or 14.00 points to trade at 154.00 at the close. Meanwhile, AL JOUF CEMENT COMPANY (TADAWUL:3091) added 8.22% or 0.98 points to end at 12.90 and Northern Region Cement Co (TADAWUL:3004) was up 6.56% or 0.61 points to 9.91 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi RE Cooperative Reinsurance (TADAWUL:8200), which fell 2.90% or 1.80 points to trade at 60.20 at the close. Middle East Specialized Cables Co (TADAWUL:2370) declined 2.67% or 1.25 points to end at 45.60 and Kingdom Holding Company (TADAWUL:4280) was down 2.42% or 0.23 points to 9.29.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 163 to 144 and 28 ended unchanged.
Shares in Almoosa Health Co (TADAWUL:4018) rose to all time highs; gaining 10.00% or 14.00 to 154.00. Shares in AL JOUF CEMENT COMPANY (TADAWUL:3091) rose to 52-week highs; rising 8.22% or 0.98 to 12.90.
Crude oil for March delivery was up 0.19% or 0.14 to $75.58 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 0.23% or 0.18 to hit $79.18 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.76% or 20.99 to trade at $2,749.91 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.14% to 3.90, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.18% at 108.16.
