Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Agriculture & Food, Building & Construction and Industrial Investment sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 0.30%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were National Agriculture Development Co (SE:6010), which rose 6.45% or 1.80 points to trade at 29.70 at the close. Meanwhile, Al Andalus Property Co SJSC (SE:4320) added 5.28% or 0.95 points to end at 18.95 and Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication (SE:7040) was up 5.19% or 0.200 points to 4.050 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were The Mediterranean&Gulf Insurance Co (SE:8030), which fell 3.35% or 0.80 points to trade at 23.05 at the close. Saudi Public Transport Co. (SE:4040) declined 3.01% or 0.45 points to end at 14.50 and Al Hammadi Co (SE:4007) was down 2.75% or 1.20 points to 42.50.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 115 to 46 and 17 ended unchanged.
Shares in National Agriculture Development Co (SE:6010) rose to 52-week highs; rising 6.45% or 1.80 to 29.70.
Crude oil for May delivery was up 1.05% or 0.50 to $48.23 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in June rose 1.02% or 0.52 to hit $51.42 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.12% or 1.55 to trade at $1257.25 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.05% to 4.0730, while USD/SAR fell 0.01% to 3.7499.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.05% at 98.98.
