Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Building & Construction, Financial Services and Telecoms & IT sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.71%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Sorayai Trading&Industrial Group (TADAWUL:1213), which rose 9.76% or 8.20 points to trade at 92.20 at the close. Meanwhile, East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry (TADAWUL:1321) added 7.39% or 10.60 points to end at 154.00 and Saudi Industrial Development Co. (TADAWUL:2130) was up 4.94% or 1.30 points to 27.60 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Arabian Pipes Company (TADAWUL:2200), which fell 4.68% or 0.52 points to trade at 10.58 at the close. Middle East Specialized Cables Co (TADAWUL:2370) declined 3.82% or 1.50 points to end at 37.80 and National Medical Care Company (TADAWUL:4005) was down 3.16% or 5.00 points to 153.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 180 to 143 and 21 ended unchanged.
Shares in National Medical Care Company (TADAWUL:4005) fell to 52-week lows; falling 3.16% or 5.00 to 153.00.
Crude oil for May delivery was up 0.54% or 0.37 to $68.65 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in June rose 0.49% or 0.35 to hit $71.96 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.27% or 8.34 to trade at $3,056.74 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.11% to 4.06, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.02% at 103.73.
