Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Cement, Telecoms & IT and Multi Investment sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 0.69%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Amana Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:8310), which rose 3.75% or 1.07 points to trade at 29.60 at the close. Meanwhile, National Industrialization Co (SE:2060) added 3.59% or 0.55 points to end at 15.88 and Fawaz Abdulaziz AlHokair Company (SE:4240) was up 2.83% or 1.19 points to 43.25 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (SE:8150), which fell 6.83% or 1.22 points to trade at 16.64 at the close. The Mediterranean&Gulf Insurance Co (SE:8030) declined 3.72% or 1.28 points to end at 33.15 and Malath Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:8020) was down 3.57% or 0.73 points to 19.72.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 103 to 66 and 7 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.96% or 0.50 to $52.64 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.85% or 0.49 to hit $58.06 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.07% or 0.89 to trade at $1286.91 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.26% to 4.4169, while USD/SAR rose 0.01% to 3.7506.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.16% at 93.12.
