Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Retail, Transport and Agriculture & Food sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.17% to hit a new 52-week high.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Omran Industrial & Trading Co (SE:4141), which rose 9.94% or 10.00 points to trade at 110.60 at the close. Meanwhile, Allied Cooperative Insurance Group SJSC (SE:8150) added 8.76% or 5.60 points to end at 69.50 and Al Samaani Factory Metal Industries Co CJSC (SE:1832) was up 6.63% or 22.20 points to 357.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ataa Educational Co (SE:4292), which fell 2.98% or 1.20 points to trade at 39.05 at the close. Red Sea Housing Services Company (SE:4230) declined 2.80% or 0.70 points to end at 24.26 and Tabuk Cement Co. (SE:3090) was down 1.72% or 0.32 points to 18.30.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 97 to 89 and 16 ended unchanged.

Shares in Allied Cooperative Insurance Group SJSC (SE:8150) rose to 5-year highs; up 8.76% or 5.60 to 69.50. Shares in Al Samaani Factory Metal Industries Co CJSC (SE:1832) rose to all time highs; gaining 6.63% or 22.20 to 357.00.
Crude oil for February delivery was up 1.00% or 0.52 to $52.77 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 1.10% or 0.61 to hit $56.27 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.63% or 11.60 to trade at $1839.20 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.00% to 4.5579, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.7517.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.02% at 90.457.
