Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Real Estate Development, Industrial Investment and Financial Services sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.02%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi vitrified clay pipes co. (SE:2360), which rose 10.00% or 4.30 points to trade at 47.30 at the close. Meanwhile, Middle East Specialized Cables Co (SE:2370) added 5.30% or 0.42 points to end at 8.35 and Banque Saudi Fransi (SE:1050) was up 3.68% or 1.11 points to 31.30 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Industrial Export Co (SE:4140), which fell 9.96% or 1.52 points to trade at 13.74 at the close. Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development (SE:4300) declined 9.63% or 0.78 points to end at 7.32 and Anaam International Holding Group (SE:4061) was down 6.70% or 0.94 points to 13.08.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 133 to 43 and 5 ended unchanged.
Shares in Saudi Industrial Export Co (SE:4140) fell to 5-year lows; falling 9.96% or 1.52 to 13.74.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.34% or 0.19 to $55.14 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 0.57% or 0.35 to hit $61.52 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.09% or 1.09 to trade at $1278.79 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.19% to 4.4139, while USD/SAR fell 0.02% to 3.7498.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.12% at 93.83.
