Here’s how Wall Street analysts forecast gold prices
Investing.com – Netherlands stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Technology, Real Estate and Basic Materials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Amsterdam, the AEX lost 0.14%.
The best performers of the session on the AEX were NN Group NV (AS:NN), which rose 1.39% or 0.76 points to trade at 55.42 at the close. Meanwhile, Heineken (AS:HEIN) added 1.03% or 0.80 points to end at 78.42 and Akzo Nobel NV (AS:AKZO) was up 0.91% or 0.54 points to 59.96 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were ASM International NV (AS:ASMI), which fell 3.60% or 17.90 points to trade at 479.60 at the close. BE Semiconductor Industries NV (AS:BESI) declined 3.57% or 3.95 points to end at 106.55 and ASML Holding NV (AS:ASML) was down 1.74% or 11.60 points to 653.90.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange by 58 to 39 and 9 ended unchanged.
The AEX Volatility, which measures the implied volatility of AEX options, was unchanged 0.00% to 21.09.
Crude oil for July delivery was down 1.05% or 0.64 to $60.30 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 1.37% or 0.87 to hit $62.48 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.93% or 31.09 to trade at $3,312.81 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was unchanged 0.15% to 1.13, while EUR/GBP unchanged 0.05% to 0.84.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.15% at 99.36.
