Today's IPO for Nano Labs Ltd (NA) opened for trading at $7.61 after pricing 1,770,000 American Depositary Shares (ADS) at $11.50 per ADS.

AMTD Global Markets Limited, Maxim Group LLC and Tiger Brokers (NZ) Limited acted as joint bookrunners of the offering.

Nano Labs Ltd is a leading fabless integrated circuit design company and product solution provider in China. Nano Labs is committed to the development of high throughput computing chips, high performance computing chips, distributed computing and storage solutions, smart network interface cards vision computing chips and distributed rendering.
