Investing.com – Malaysia stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Technology, Mining and Industrials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Kuala Lumpur, the FTSE Malaysia KLCI fell 0.43%.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange by 71 to 29 and 4 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for June delivery was down 0.52% or 0.29 to $56.31 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in June fell 0.39% or 0.24 to hit $61.84 a barrel, while the June Gold contract fell 0.08% or 1.00 to trade at $1202.10 a troy ounce.
SGD/MYR was down 0.26% to 2.6787, while USD/MYR fell 0.82% to 3.5981.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.57% at 97.64.
