Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Banking, Financials and Technology sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 fell 0.04%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Elbit Systems Ltd (TASE:ESLT), which rose 3.63% or 1990 points to trade at 56850 at the close. Meanwhile, OPKO Health Inc (TASE:OPK) added 1.84% or 26 points to end at 1438 and Airport City Ltd (TASE:ARPT) was up 1.67% or 127 points to 7716 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Bank Hapoalim (TASE:POLI), which fell 2.03% or 73 points to trade at 3517 at the close. Leumi (TASE:LUMI) declined 1.95% or 70 points to end at 3527 and Azrieli Group Ltd (TASE:AZRG) was down 1.72% or 530 points to 30370.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 267 to 222 and 28 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for March delivery was up 0.26% or 0.22 to $83.52 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 0.26% or 0.22 to hit $86.28 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.14% or 2.55 to trade at $1819.05 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.16% to 3.1106, while EUR/ILS rose 0.12% to 3.5492.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.05% at 95.205.
