Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the Banking, Biomed and Financials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 added 0.98%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE:TEVA), which rose 3.77% or 110.00 points to trade at 3,028.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Shikun & Binui (TASE:SKBN) added 3.26% or 45.00 points to end at 1,425.00 and Airport City Ltd (TASE:ARPT) was up 2.95% or 169.00 points to 5,900.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Mivne Real Estate KD Ltd (TASE:MVNE), which fell 1.28% or 14.00 points to trade at 1,078.00 at the close. Electra Ltd (TASE:ELTR) declined 1.03% or 2,150.00 points to end at 206,400.00 and Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd (TASE:ALHE) was down 0.42% or 18.00 points to 4,245.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 256 to 214 and 41 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.84% or 0.70 to $84.00 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to hit $91.34 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 1.57% or 25.70 to trade at $1,662.50 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 0.46% to 3.53, while EUR/ILS rose 0.35% to 3.48.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.88% at 111.82.
