Goldman gives "buy" rating to Nvidia, citing signs of early AI monetization
Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Oil & Gas, Insurance and Real Estate sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 added 0.46% to hit a new all time high.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Menora Miv Hld (TASE:MMHD), which rose 2.95% or 590.00 points to trade at 20,590.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Delek Group (TASE:DLEKG) added 2.42% or 1,560.00 points to end at 66,000.00 and Dimri (TASE:DIMRI) was up 2.23% or 750.00 points to 34,350.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Fattal 1998 Holdings Ltd (TASE:FTAL), which fell 1.19% or 630.00 points to trade at 52,250.00 at the close. Shapir Engineering Industry (TASE:SPEN) declined 1.11% or 31.00 points to end at 2,753.00 and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE:TEVA) was down 1.00% or 61.00 points to 6,059.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 329 to 135 and 74 ended unchanged.
Shares in Delek Group (TASE:DLEKG) rose to 5-year highs; up 2.42% or 1,560.00 to 66,000.00.
Crude oil for August delivery was up 2.80% or 1.97 to $72.22 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August rose 2.83% or 2.07 to hit $75.30 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.44% or 15.03 to trade at $3,402.27 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.56% to 3.51, while EUR/ILS rose 0.25% to 4.05.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.48% at 98.02.
