Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Real Estate, Banking and Communication sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 added 0.24%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Bazan Oil Refineries Ltd (TA:ORL), which rose 2.11% or 3.9 points to trade at 188.6 at the close. Meanwhile, OPKO Health Inc (TA:OPK) added 1.74% or 23 points to end at 1346 and Airport City Ltd (TA:ARPT) was up 1.61% or 75 points to 4740 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Liveperson (TA:LPSN), which fell 2.36% or 179 points to trade at 7410 at the close. Elbit Systems Ltd (TA:ESLT) declined 1.35% or 610 points to end at 44650 and Nice Ltd (TA:NICE) was down 0.89% or 370 points to 41250.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 204 to 180 and 30 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 4.20% or 2.52 to $57.41 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 3.95% or 2.77 to hit $67.35 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.23% or 2.80 to trade at $1204.10 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.01% to 3.6932, while EUR/ILS rose 0.55% to 4.1658.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.35% at 97.04.
