Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Financials, Basic Industry and Property sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index fell 0.57%.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Bank Artha Graha Internasional (JK:INPC), which rose 34.34% or 34 points to trade at 133 at the close. Meanwhile, Alakasa Industrindo Tbk (JK:ALKA) added 32.22% or 58 points to end at 238 and Benakat Integra Tbk (JK:BIPI) was up 31.17% or 24 points to 101 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Polaris Investama Tbk (JK:PLAS), which fell 24.89% or 112 points to trade at 338 at the close. Metro Realty Tbk (JK:MTSM) declined 22.40% or 82 points to end at 284 and Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk (JK:ALTO) was down 20.00% or 64 points to 256.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 186 to 131 and 90 ended unchanged.

Shares in Metro Realty Tbk (JK:MTSM) fell to 52-week lows; falling 22.40% or 82 to 284. Shares in Benakat Integra Tbk (JK:BIPI) rose to 52-week highs; up 31.17% or 24 to 101. Shares in Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk (JK:ALTO) fell to all time lows; losing 20.00% or 64 to 256.
Crude oil for February delivery was down 1.69% or 0.91 to $53.08 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March fell 1.70% or 0.97 to hit $56.13 a barrel, while the February Gold contract rose 0.27% or 3.15 to trade at $1176.55 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.07% to 13338.5, while AUD/IDR rose 1.10% to 9843.10.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.24% at 102.42.
