Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Financials, Infrastructure and Agriculture sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index lost 1.13%.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Platinum Wahab Nusantara Tbk PT (JK:TGUK), which rose 34.33% or 23.00 points to trade at 90.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Maja Agung Latexindo PT Tbk (JK:SURI) added 22.00% or 11.00 points to end at 61.00 and Informasi Teknologi Indonesia Tbk (JK:JATI) was up 20.66% or 25.00 points to 146.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Paperocks Indonesia Tbk PT (JK:PPRI), which fell 14.81% or 40.00 points to trade at 230.00 at the close. Benteng Api Technic PT Tbk (JK:BATR) declined 14.81% or 12.00 points to end at 69.00 and Puradelta Lestari Tbk Pt (JK:DMAS) was down 14.77% or 26.00 points to 150.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 418 to 228 and 197 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for June delivery was up 0.59% or 0.34 to $58.41 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 0.44% or 0.27 to hit $61.39 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 1.37% or 46.44 to trade at $3,345.46 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was up 0.18% to 16,502.80, while AUD/IDR fell 0.12% to 10,591.20.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.53% at 99.96.
