Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Financials, Infrastructure and Agriculture sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index declined 0.13%.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Trimegah Karya Pratama Tbk PT (JK:UVCR), which rose 30.00% or 18.00 points to trade at 78.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Sinar Terang Mandiri PT Tbk (JK:MINE) added 25.00% or 105.00 points to end at 525.00 and Suryamas Dutamakmur Tbk (JK:SMDM) was up 24.62% or 480.00 points to 2,430.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Sanurhasta Mitra PT (JK:MINA), which fell 20.94% or 40.00 points to trade at 151.00 at the close. Reliance Securities Tbk (JK:RELI) declined 17.45% or 96.00 points to end at 454.00 and DMS Propertindo Tbk PT (JK:KOTA) was down 12.50% or 1.00 points to 7.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 345 to 295 and 199 ended unchanged.
Shares in Sinar Terang Mandiri PT Tbk (JK:MINE) rose to all time highs; rising 25.00% or 105.00 to 525.00.
Crude oil for April delivery was up 0.22% or 0.15 to $67.83 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 0.27% or 0.19 to hit $71.14 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.22% or 6.49 to trade at $2,953.29 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.11% to 16,421.70, while AUD/IDR fell 0.57% to 10,333.68.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.03% at 103.61.
