Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Mining, Consumer Industry and Property sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index rose 1.09%.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Benakat Integra Tbk (JK:BIPI), which rose 34.33% or 23 points to trade at 90 at the close. Meanwhile, Pelat Timah Nusantara Tbk (JK:NIKL) added 24.85% or 210 points to end at 1055 and Multipolar Technology Tbk (JK:MLPT) was up 24.31% or 265 points to 1355 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Protech Mitra Perkasa Tbk PT (JK:OASA), which fell 9.92% or 24 points to trade at 218 at the close. Duta Pertiwi Nusantara Tbk (JK:DPNS) declined 9.87% or 44 points to end at 402 and Eratex Djaja Tbk (JK:ERTX) was down 9.80% or 20 points to 184.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 210 to 93 and 99 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for January delivery was up 1.64% or 0.79 to $49.03 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 1.88% or 0.92 to hit $49.82 a barrel, while the December Gold contract rose 0.66% or 8.00 to trade at $1217.80 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.33% to 13415.0, while AUD/IDR rose 0.68% to 9931.90.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.10% at 100.84.
