Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Property, Consumer Industry and Trade sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index added 0.25%.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Sanurhasta Mitra PT (JK:MINA), which rose 24.60% or 92 points to trade at 466 at the close. Meanwhile, Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara Tbk PT (JK:MKNT) added 23.87% or 74 points to end at 384 and Bank Victoria International (JK:BVIC) was up 21.35% or 38 points to 216 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Bank Dinar Indonesia Tbk (JK:DNAR), which fell 24.57% or 86.00 points to trade at 264.00 at the close. Tunas Alfin Tbk (JK:TALF) declined 22.52% or 68 points to end at 234 and Sat Nusapersada Tbk (JK:PTSN) was down 16.67% or 24 points to 120.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 171 to 152 and 114 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for June delivery was up 0.04% or 0.02 to $45.54 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 0.35% or 0.17 to hit $48.55 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.58% or 7.15 to trade at $1235.75 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.11% to 13331.0, while AUD/IDR rose 0.05% to 9830.40.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.13% at 98.74.
