Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Miscellaneous Industry, Financials and Infrastructure sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index added 0.17%.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Jembo Cable Company Tbk (JK:JECC), which rose 25.00% or 1240 points to trade at 6200 at the close. Meanwhile, Indah Prakasa Sentosa PT Tbk (JK:INPS) added 24.88% or 520 points to end at 2610 and PT Cahayasakti Investindo Sukses Tbk (JK:CSIS) was up 24.11% or 135 points to 695 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Danasupra Erapacific Tbk (JK:DEFI), which fell 24.88% or 250.00 points to trade at 755.00 at the close. Duta Pertiwi Nusantara Tbk (JK:DPNS) declined 21.13% or 82 points to end at 306 and Protech Mitra Perkasa Tbk PT (JK:OASA) was down 16.35% or 68 points to 348.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 202 to 190 and 101 ended unchanged.
Shares in Duta Pertiwi Nusantara Tbk (JK:DPNS) fell to 52-week lows; falling 21.13% or 82 to 306.
Crude oil for June delivery was down 0.37% or 0.25 to $67.94 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in June fell 0.36% or 0.27 to hit $74.47 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.07% or 0.90 to trade at $1318.80 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.07% to 13873.0, while AUD/IDR rose 0.87% to 10585.00.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.25% at 91.62.
