Investing.com – Finland stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Consumer Goods, Technology and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Helsinki, the OMX Helsinki 25 fell 0.15%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Helsinki 25 were Amer Sports Corporation (HE:AMEAS), which rose 0.77% or 0.16 points to trade at 21.01 at the close. Meanwhile, YIT Oyj (HE:YTY1V) added 0.59% or 0.04 points to end at 7.70 and Outokumpu Oyj (HE:OUT1V) was up 0.47% or 0.0350 points to 7.4100 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Nokian Renkaat Oyj (HE:NRE1V), which fell 1.06% or 0.40 points to trade at 37.30 at the close. Nokia Oyj (HE:NOKIA) declined 0.70% or 0.040 points to end at 5.695 and Orion Oyj B (HE:ORNBV) was down 0.52% or 0.30 points to 57.35.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Helsinki Stock Exchange by 88 to 50 and 16 ended unchanged.
Brent oil for August delivery was up 0.51% or 0.27 to $52.78 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in July rose 0.68% or 0.34 to hit $50.14 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.15% or 1.87 to trade at $1266.23 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was unchanged 0.00% to 1.1181, while EUR/GBP fell 0.33% to 0.8703.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.05% at 97.28.
