Investing.com – Finland stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Healthcare, Utilities and Technology sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Helsinki, the OMX Helsinki 25 gained 1.15% to hit a new all time high.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Helsinki 25 were Orion Oyj B (HE:ORNBV), which rose 3.13% or 1.65 points to trade at 54.30 at the close. Meanwhile, Valmt (HE:VALMT) added 2.33% or 0.39 points to end at 17.12 and Nokia Oyj (HE:NOKIA) was up 2.29% or 0.120 points to 5.370 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Outokumpu Oyj (HE:OUT1V), which fell 4.93% or 0.4350 points to trade at 8.3800 at the close. Cargotec Oyj (HE:CGCBV) declined 1.64% or 0.90 points to end at 53.85 and Amer Sports Corporation (HE:AMEAS) was down 0.84% or 0.17 points to 20.18.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Helsinki Stock Exchange by 76 to 66 and 12 ended unchanged.

Brent oil for July delivery was down 0.74% or 0.38 to $51.14 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in June fell 0.88% or 0.43 to hit $48.41 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.09% or 1.14 to trade at $1256.64 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was up 0.14% to 1.0913, while EUR/GBP fell 0.19% to 0.8444.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.04% at 98.94.
