Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Healthcare and Industrials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.41%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb), which rose 1.33% or 3.3 points to trade at 250.7 at the close. Meanwhile, Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CO:CHRH) added 1.31% or 5.2 points to end at 403.0 and Genmab (CO:GEN) was up 1.18% or 15.0 points to 1288.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb), which fell 1.56% or 3.8 points to trade at 240.0 at the close. Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) declined 0.96% or 2.8 points to end at 288.0 and Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) was down 0.79% or 7.0 points to 877.5.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 60 to 58 and 18 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for March delivery was up 1.31% or 0.69 to $53.44 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 0.78% or 0.43 to hit $55.66 a barrel, while the February Gold contract fell 0.22% or 2.65 to trade at $1212.95 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.06% to 6.9120, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4357.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.08% at 100.03.
