Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Industrials, Real Estate and Financials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.20%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were William Demant Holding AS (CO:WDH), which rose 6.23% or 8.4 points to trade at 143.2 at the close. Meanwhile, ISS A/S (CO:ISS) added 2.26% or 5.80 points to end at 262.10 and GN Store Nord (CO:GN) was up 1.31% or 2.1 points to 162.9 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb), which fell 2.30% or 6.3 points to trade at 267.3 at the close. AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb) declined 2.28% or 270 points to end at 11560 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa) was down 2.05% or 230 points to 11010.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 66 to 52 and 19 ended unchanged.
Shares in GN Store Nord (CO:GN) rose to 5-year highs; up 1.31% or 2.1 to 162.9.
Crude oil for April delivery was up 1.55% or 0.83 to $54.42 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April rose 1.33% or 0.74 to hit $56.58 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 1.41% or 17.45 to trade at $1250.75 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.19% to 7.0268, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4332.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.32% at 100.99.
