Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Chemicals, Personal & Household Goods and Consumer Goods sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.15%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Nets A/S (CO:NETS), which rose 1.01% or 1.30 points to trade at 129.60 at the close. Meanwhile, ISS A/S (CO:ISS) added 0.92% or 2.60 points to end at 286.30 and Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE) was up 0.75% or 1.9 points to 256.9 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which fell 2.07% or 15.5 points to trade at 731.5 at the close. Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb) declined 1.80% or 10.0 points to end at 544.5 and Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CO:CHRH) was down 1.40% or 6.5 points to 459.0.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 60 to 51 and 25 ended unchanged.
Shares in ISS A/S (CO:ISS) rose to all time highs; up 0.92% or 2.60 to 286.30. Shares in Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE) rose to all time highs; gaining 0.75% or 1.9 to 256.9.
Crude oil for June delivery was down 0.74% or 0.34 to $45.88 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 0.88% or 0.43 to hit $48.67 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.06% or 0.71 to trade at $1227.61 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.72% to 6.8105, while EUR/DKK rose 0.06% to 7.4414.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.60% at 99.01.
