Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Real Estate, Healthcare and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.06%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Dong Energy A/S (CO:DENERG), which rose 4.95% or 12.30 points to trade at 261.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) added 2.01% or 5.5 points to end at 279.0 and Nets A/S (CO:NETS) was up 1.72% or 2.10 points to 124.50 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were William Demant Holding AS (CO:WDH), which fell 1.38% or 1.7 points to trade at 121.2 at the close. Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb) declined 1.22% or 5.8 points to end at 468.0 and TDC A/S (CO:TDC) was down 0.95% or 0.34 points to 35.31.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 66 to 62 and 12 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for February delivery was down 1.01% or 0.54 to $52.76 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 1.19% or 0.66 to hit $54.69 a barrel, while the February Gold contract fell 0.01% or 0.10 to trade at $1133.50 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.44% to 7.1252, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4344.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.26% at 102.99.
