Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Chemicals, Oil & Gas and Technology sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.39%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA), which rose 1.39% or 15.50 points to trade at 1,133.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) added 0.90% or 1.10 points to end at 123.90 and Tryg A/S (CSE:TRYG) was up 0.62% or 1.00 points to 162.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS), which fell 3.66% or 4.30 points to trade at 111.80 at the close. NKT Holding (CSE:NKT) declined 2.42% or 13.00 points to end at 525.00 and ISS A/S (CSE:ISS) was down 2.32% or 3.90 points to 164.10.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 75 to 42 and 22 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for May delivery was up 1.49% or 1.00 to $67.91 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 1.47% or 1.04 to hit $71.82 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.05% or 1.55 to trade at $3,042.75 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.51% to 6.88, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.03% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.39% at 103.50.
