Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Technology and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.02%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Jyske Bank A/S (CSE:JYSK), which rose 7.09% or 39.00 points to trade at 589.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Danske Bank A/S (CSE:DANSKE) added 1.92% or 4.60 points to end at 243.70 and Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) was up 1.71% or 16.80 points to 998.80 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb), which fell 13.53% or 16.30 points to trade at 104.20 at the close. Demant A/S (CSE:DEMANT) declined 4.58% or 11.40 points to end at 237.40 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS) was down 4.46% or 4.30 points to 92.20.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 70 to 60 and 14 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for June delivery was down 1.07% or 0.63 to $58.46 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 1.19% or 0.74 to hit $61.41 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.90% or 30.76 to trade at $3,392.04 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.24% to 6.58, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.02% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.31% at 99.35.
