Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Healthcare and Consumer Goods sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.70%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were TDC A/S (CO:TDC), which rose 1.09% or 0.40 points to trade at 36.96 at the close. Meanwhile, Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) added 0.38% or 1.1 points to end at 291.7 and DSV (CO:DSV) was up 0.17% or 0.6 points to 344.5 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb), which fell 1.43% or 3.4 points to trade at 235.0 at the close. Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) declined 1.39% or 11.5 points to end at 818.0 and Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CO:CHRH) was down 1.29% or 5.4 points to 414.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 63 to 44 and 27 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was up 0.24% or 0.13 to $53.33 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 0.07% or 0.04 to hit $56.05 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.59% or 7.25 to trade at $1218.25 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.00% to 7.0248, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4331.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.03% at 101.70.
