Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Oil & Gas, Personal & Household Goods and Financials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 0.66% to hit a new 6-months high.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were GN Store Nord (CO:GN), which rose 5.88% or 10.7 points to trade at 192.8 at the close. Meanwhile, Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS) added 5.08% or 30.0 points to end at 621.0 and TDC A/S (CO:TDC) was up 4.18% or 1.54 points to 38.40 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb), which fell 1.07% or 3.0 points to trade at 278.0 at the close. Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb) declined 0.92% or 2.7 points to end at 291.2 and ISS A/S (CO:ISS) was down 0.73% or 2.10 points to 283.70.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 66 to 52 and 22 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for June delivery was up 1.19% or 0.54 to $46.06 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 1.01% or 0.49 to hit $48.87 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.05% or 0.66 to trade at $1229.26 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.09% to 6.7642, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4360.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.08% at 98.53.
