Nvidia to resume H20 chip sales in China, announces new processor
Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Consumer Goods, Healthcare and Real Estate sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 2.06% to hit a new 1-month high.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Demant A/S (CSE:DEMANT), which rose 6.75% or 17.20 points to trade at 272.00 at the close. Meanwhile, AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CSE:MAERSKa) added 3.13% or 370.00 points to end at 12,210.00 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb) was up 3.09% or 370.00 points to 12,340.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA), which fell 2.75% or 33.50 points to trade at 1,186.00 at the close. Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:CARLb) declined 1.80% or 17.20 points to end at 937.60 and Tryg A/S (CSE:TRYG) was up 0.12% or 0.20 points to 168.50.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 87 to 42 and 22 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for July delivery was up 1.67% or 1.06 to $64.43 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August rose 1.41% or 0.92 to hit $66.26 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.65% or 22.04 to trade at $3,353.06 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.45% to 6.55, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.47% at 99.17.
